Delete Your Peakime Account

How to delete your unified Peakime ID, what the 90-day recovery window does, and what happens to your content, Coins and earnings.

Effective 11 August 2026 Last updated 11 August 2026 PeakCraft Studios Private Limited

Your Peakime ID is one account used across the Peakime ecosystem, so deleting it is an account-level action. Deletion may affect Peakime, Peakovels, Peakart, Peakime TV, Peakpen, Peakbrush, Peakit, CraftyPeak, PeakAI Studio and other services connected to the same Peakime ID. This page explains the process before you submit a deletion request.

90-day recovery window

Deletion is scheduled, not instant — you can reactivate any time in the first 90 days.

Back up first

You are solely responsible for exporting stories, art and content before requesting deletion.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting Peakime does not cancel billing controlled by Apple, Google or another app store.

Earnings survive deletion

Deletion never lets Peakime confiscate valid, legally payable Creator Earnings.

Before You Delete

Before You Delete Your Account

Account deletion is intended to be permanent once the deletion process has completed. Before requesting deletion, you should consider downloading or otherwise preserving creator work that you want to keep, and review pending purchases, Creator Earnings, FANOA arrangements and active subscriptions. Deleting your Peakime account may not automatically cancel a subscription billed directly by Apple, Google or another external payment platform — cancel those subscriptions through the platform controlling the billing.

Requesting Deletion Across Peakime Apps

Because you have a unified Peakime ID, you can initiate account deletion directly from the Settings page of any Peakime application — whether you are using the mobile app or web app for Peakime, Peakovels, Peakart, Peakbrush, Peakpen, Peakit, CraftyPeak, or PeakAI Studio. Simply navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account to begin the process securely within the app you are currently using.

Peakime may also provide a supported web deletion-request mechanism. General account-deletion assistance: [email protected]. Privacy requests: [email protected].

Verification

Deletion is a sensitive account action. Peakime may require you to re-enter authentication credentials, confirm through your registered contact method, or complete another reasonable verification step — protecting you if another person temporarily gains access to an unlocked device or session. If an account appears compromised, Peakime may temporarily pause deletion while legitimate ownership is verified. Verification should be proportionate and should never be used merely to make legitimate deletion unnecessarily difficult.

The 90-Day Process

The 90-Day Deletion Period

After an authorised deletion request is confirmed, your Peakime account enters a 90-day scheduled deletion period. During this time, the account may be deactivated, hidden or restricted. The 90 days serve as a recovery window, protecting users who accidentally delete an account, change their mind, or discover that a deletion request followed an account compromise.

Reactivation

During the 90-day recovery period, Peakime may allow you to reactivate your account using the supported account-recovery process. Where login and confirmation are used for reactivation, successfully completing that process cancels the pending deletion request. If you later still want to delete the account, you must submit another deletion request — a new request may start a new 90-day deletion period.

After the 90-Day Period

If the account is not reactivated, Peakime proceeds with deletion or de-identification of eligible information through its active systems. Once deletion completes, you should not expect to recover the deleted Peakime ID or private creator data through ordinary account-recovery processes — information can remain temporarily in protected backups until normal backup rotation removes it.

Your Public Content and Private Creator Work

Eligible user-generated content may be deleted or de-identified as part of account deletion. In some cases, limited records may remain where necessary to preserve the integrity of another user’s interaction or comply with law — for example, removing an entire conversation record may not always be technically or legally appropriate merely because one participant deleted an account. Where possible and appropriate, the deleted user’s identity may instead be de-identified.

Private drafts and eligible private creator projects in Peakpen and Peakbrush associated with the deleted account may be deleted through the applicable deletion process. Export or otherwise preserve anything you need before the deletion period ends — Peakime does not guarantee restoration after deletion has completed.

What Happens to Your Stuff

Peak Coins and Purchased Content

Unused Peak Coins are associated with the Peakime account. When voluntary account deletion becomes final, access to unused Peak Coins ends with the deleted account — voluntary deletion does not by itself create an automatic refund for legitimately purchased and delivered digital credits, except where applicable law or the controlling payment platform requires otherwise. Consider your unused balance before completing deletion.

Access to Peakime digital entitlements is tied to the account. Deleting the account may permanently remove your ability to access content associated with it, and Peakime does not guarantee that a purchased digital entitlement can be transferred to a different account after deletion.

Creator Earnings

Creator Earnings are treated differently from consumer Peak Coins. Deleting a Peakime account does not automatically allow Peakime to confiscate valid Creator Earnings that are otherwise legally payable — Peakime may need to complete identity verification, tax obligations, fraud review or payout processing before valid earnings can be released. For Creator Earnings: [email protected].

FANOA and Commercial Creator Agreements

Deleting an ordinary Peakime account does not automatically terminate a separate legally binding creator, licensing, commissioning, FANOA or production agreement. If a creator has separately licensed a work to PeakCraft Studios for an active adaptation, that agreement continues according to its own terms unless separately terminated — account deletion and intellectual-property contract termination are not the same action.

Deleting a supporter account does not automatically refund previously completed FANOA contributions; refund eligibility remains governed by the applicable project, payment method, production status and law.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Peakime account does not necessarily cancel recurring billing controlled by an external app store or payment service. Before deleting your account, separately cancel any subscription through the service that bills you.

Records & Support

Records Peakime May Still Need to Keep

Peakime may retain limited records after ordinary account deletion where required or reasonably necessary for legal compliance, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, payments, tax, accounting, creator payouts, chargebacks, copyright disputes, grievances, regulatory requirements, court proceedings, or another lawful purpose. These records remain restricted to the relevant purpose — a legal-retention record does not mean your deleted account continues operating as an ordinary active profile.

Suspended Accounts and Cancelling a Deletion Request

A suspended or terminated account may still be able to exercise applicable privacy and deletion rights. Peakime may nevertheless retain enforcement records where reasonably necessary to prevent ban evasion, investigate serious abuse, comply with law, or protect legal rights — deletion is not a mechanism for requiring Peakime to destroy evidence that must lawfully be preserved.

A pending deletion request may be cancelled only through the supported reactivation process during the applicable recovery period. After the deletion process has completed, account restoration may no longer be possible.

A Deletion Process You Can Actually Trust

Ninety days is enough time to change your mind, and clear enough rules that when the window closes, you know exactly what happens next.
