Peakime Terms of Service

The rules governing the Peakime ecosystem, written so creators, readers, artists and fans can actually understand them — not just lawyers.

Effective 11 August 2026 Last updated 11 August 2026 PeakCraft Studios Private Limited

Peakime is operated by PeakCraft Studios Private Limited ("PeakCraft", "Peakime", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Peakime ecosystem — our websites, mobile applications, creator tools, community services, digital-content services, payment features, creator programmes, commerce features, FANOA initiatives, and any other product that says these Terms apply.

By creating a Peakime account, using the Services, uploading or publishing content, purchasing or spending Peak Coins or Peak Credits, generating AI content on CraftyPeak or PeakAI Studio, supporting a creator, participating in FANOA, or otherwise using a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services. The Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Copyright Policy and FANOA terms supplement these Terms where relevant.

One Peakime ID

A single unified identity works across Peakovels, Peakart, Peakime TV, Peakpen, Peakbrush, Peakit, CraftyPeak and PeakAI Studio.

Your content stays yours

Publishing on Peakime never transfers copyright — we only receive a limited platform licence.

60% creator revenue share

Standard creator monetisation splits Net Eligible Revenue 60% creator / 40% Peakime.

90-day deletion window

Account deletion enters a 90-day recovery period before it becomes permanent.

Ecosystem & Account

1. The Peakime Ecosystem

Peakime is built around stories, art, entertainment, creators and communities — a place to begin with an idea and, where the opportunity exists, a place for that idea to grow. A creator may write a story, publish it, find readers, build a fandom, create or commission artwork, develop it visually, and potentially take the work into comics, animation or other forms of entertainment. Peakime connects several services to make that possible.

chevron_right Peakime — the flagship brand and central account layer of the ecosystem.
chevron_right Peakovels — the web-novel and written-story platform, where authors publish and readers unlock chapters.
chevron_right Peakart — the visual-storytelling platform for webtoons, manga, comics and illustration.
chevron_right Peakime TV — the video and streaming platform for animation, series, shorts and AI-assisted productions.
chevron_right Peakpen — the writing and publishing environment for manuscripts, chapters and drafts.
chevron_right Peakbrush — the digital-art and visual-creation environment for drawing, painting and comic creation.
chevron_right Peakit — the creator, reader and fandom community, built around a richer publishing format called a Panel.
chevron_right CraftyPeak — the AI image, video and 3D character generation studio, for prompt-driven creation and editing.
chevron_right PeakAI Studio — the creative AI studio and advanced workspace for creator generation and production tools.
chevron_right FANOA — the Fan-Owned Initiative that helps eligible stories move From Novel to Anime.

2. One Peakime ID Across the Ecosystem

Peakime uses a unified identity system. Your Peakime ID may provide access to Peakovels, Peakart, Peakime TV, Peakpen, Peakbrush, Peakit and other supported services without requiring separate accounts for every product. Certain account-level information therefore follows your Peakime ID where necessary — your identifier, username, login credentials, security settings, age status, account standing, public profile, creator status, Peak Coin balance, digital entitlements, moderation status and monetisation eligibility.

This also means some actions operate at the account level: a serious suspension may affect access to multiple Peakime services, a permanent termination may affect the entire Peakime ID, and a request to delete your account concerns the unified identity, not merely one public profile.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You may use Peakime only if you are legally permitted to do so and satisfy the age requirements that apply to the relevant Service. Different features may have different age or legal-capacity requirements — a person may be permitted to read or publish content while not being legally eligible to enter an adaptation agreement, receive creator payouts, use financial features, or access mature-rated content.

Where applicable law requires parental or guardian consent, Peakime may require an appropriate consent or verification process. If we reasonably determine an account does not satisfy an applicable minimum-age requirement, we may restrict or close it in accordance with law and our Privacy Policy. Age information must not be deliberately falsified to gain access to restricted features.

4. Creating and Maintaining Your Account

You agree to provide information that is accurate where accuracy is necessary for the feature you are using, and to keep relevant account information reasonably current. A public creator name or pen name does not need to match your legal name unless a particular legal or verification process requires otherwise — Peakime supports pseudonymous public creator identities, with private verification for payouts, taxation, commercial rights or other regulated reasons.

You may not sell, rent, fraudulently transfer or knowingly hand over an account in a way that undermines security or integrity. You must not create accounts to evade enforcement, manipulate rankings, manufacture engagement, commit payment fraud, or impersonate another person or organisation.

5. Account Security

Your Peakime ID may hold creator works, purchased content, Peak Coins, private drafts, community relationships and, for eligible creators, financial information or Creator Earnings — so account security matters. You are responsible for reasonable steps to keep your account secure: a strong password, protecting authentication methods, and care when signing in from shared devices. Do not share passwords, verification codes or recovery credentials with anyone who should not have access.

Peakime may use safeguards such as authentication checks, session controls, device verification, unusual-login detection and security monitoring, and may block or challenge suspicious logins, or require extra verification before sensitive actions like changing critical details, deleting an account, or modifying payout information.

If you believe your account is compromised, contact [email protected]; for a security issue affecting the platform itself, use [email protected]. We may temporarily restrict an account while investigating suspected compromise, including pausing purchases, payouts, password changes or deletion.

Peakime may provide account-recovery methods, verifying control of an email, device or other reliable account information — with additional verification where significant creator earnings or commercial rights are involved. We cannot guarantee recovery where we cannot reasonably verify the legitimate account holder. You may not attempt to obtain another user’s password or session information; phishing, credential theft, session hijacking and account trafficking are prohibited.

6. Your Right to Use Peakime

Subject to these Terms, Peakime gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable right to use the Services made available to you for their intended purposes — reading, watching, participating in communities, creating, publishing, purchasing or spending Peak Coins, unlocking premium material, supporting creators and using creator tools. This permission does not transfer ownership of Peakime itself. PeakCraft Studios Private Limited and its licensors retain their rights in Peakime software, interfaces, databases, technology, branding, trademarks, logos and other proprietary materials. You may not use Peakime branding in a way that falsely implies an official partnership, endorsement or affiliation.

Your Content & Rights

7. Your Content Belongs to You

One of Peakime’s core creator principles is simple: your original work remains yours. If you lawfully own copyright or another IP right in a novel, manuscript, illustration, Panel, webtoon, manga, comic, artwork or video before uploading it, uploading that work to Peakime does not by itself transfer ownership to PeakCraft. Using a platform necessarily requires granting certain permissions — those permissions are not the same thing as selling or assigning your copyright.

8. The Licence Peakime Needs to Operate

When you upload, publish or otherwise provide Creator Content, you grant PeakCraft a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to perform the technical and platform activities reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure and promote the Services — hosting, storing, technically reproducing, encoding, transcoding, resizing, formatting, displaying, streaming, transmitting and distributing your content; creating thumbnails and previews; indexing for search and discovery; providing recommendations; processing through safety and moderation systems; and using reasonable titles, covers, excerpts or creator identifiers to tell audiences your work is available on Peakime.

This licence is non-exclusive: unless a separate agreement says otherwise, you remain free to use or license your own work elsewhere. It is not intended to operate as an unrestricted acquisition of every adaptation, film, television, animation or merchandise right in your work.

9. Publishing Does Not Automatically Give PeakCraft Your Adaptation Rights

Publishing a novel on Peakovels does not automatically give PeakCraft unrestricted rights to turn it into an anime, film or television programme. Saving a manuscript in Peakpen does not transfer ownership of it. Publishing artwork through Peakart or Peakit does not automatically transfer merchandising or commercial adaptation rights.

Where PeakCraft wants to create a materially separate commercial adaptation requiring rights beyond the ordinary platform licence, we may contact the creator or rightsholder and enter into a separate licence, option, commission, adaptation or production agreement — addressing rights granted, exclusivity, territory, duration, compensation, revenue participation, credits, approvals and ownership of new production materials. The terms of that agreement govern the additional rights granted under it.

10. Private Drafts and Unpublished Creator Projects

Peakpen, Peakbrush and other creator tools let you create privately. A work stored privately is not treated as publicly published simply because it exists on Peakime infrastructure. We may still process private content technically where reasonably necessary to save it, synchronise it, maintain backups, secure the Service, provide functionality you request, assist with support, investigate serious security concerns, or comply with applicable law. The distinction between private and public material does not prevent Peakime from using reasonable security systems to protect the platform, and your Privacy Policy rights and the relevant Service’s settings also apply.

11. You Must Have the Right to Publish Your Content

You may upload or publish content only where you have the rights, permissions, licences or other lawful basis necessary to do so. Do not upload stolen novels, plagiarised material, unauthorised comic or manga scans, pirated video, stolen artwork, leaked productions, or material you knowingly do not have the right to distribute. Where a work has multiple authors, artists, licensors or rightsholders, you are responsible for having the authority to publish it and grant Peakime the permissions described in these Terms. Where there is a genuine ownership dispute, Peakime may temporarily restrict publication, distribution or monetisation while it is reviewed.

12. Fan Works and Transformative Creator Content

Peakime is built around fandoms as well as original creator work. Users may publish discussion, criticism, commentary, reviews, parody, fan art and other transformative material where they have a lawful basis to do so. Peakime does not itself give users permission to use another person’s characters, fictional worlds, trademarks, music or artwork merely because a technical upload feature exists — users remain responsible for the legality of what they publish. Our Copyright Policy explains how intellectual-property complaints are handled.

13. Artificial Intelligence and Creator Content

Peakime may use AI and machine-learning throughout the ecosystem — for search, recommendations, moderation, safety, spam and fraud detection, classification, copyright protection, translation, accessibility, creator tools and creative-production workflows.

Peakime does not treat the simple act of uploading Creator Content as permission to train Peakime’s general-purpose generative AI models on that content. A novel in Peakpen, artwork in Peakbrush, or a published story, webtoon or Panel does not by itself grant general AI-training permission.
chevron_right This does not prevent automated processing reasonably required to provide the Service, protect users, moderate content, operate search or recommendations, detect abuse, or provide functionality you intentionally request.
chevron_right Where you deliberately use an AI feature, Peakime may process the material you provide to perform the requested function; AI output may contain errors or similarities to other output, and you remain responsible for how you use it.
chevron_right Some FANOA or PeakCraft productions may use AI-assisted animation, previsualisation or synthetic media; where use of a creator’s underlying work requires additional adaptation rights, those rights come from the applicable creator, FANOA or production agreement — not merely from the original upload.
Peak Coins & Monetisation

14. Peak Coins

Peak Coins are virtual digital credits used within supported Peakime Services — for unlocking chapters, novels, volumes, premium webtoon or manga episodes, eligible Panels, other premium digital content, and acquiring Powerstones. Peak Coins are platform credits: not legal tender, a bank deposit, cryptocurrency, security, share, investment product, or ownership interest in PeakCraft, Peakime, a creator or a FANOA project. Purchasing Coins gives you a limited contractual entitlement to use them within supported Services under these Terms. Unless Peakime expressly introduces a legally compliant cash-redemption feature, consumer Peak Coins cannot be redeemed for cash.

15. Buying Peak Coins

Peak Coins may be purchased through an app marketplace, authorised payment gateway, financial institution or other supported provider depending on device, platform and jurisdiction. The payment method and price are shown before you confirm. Where Apple, Google or another marketplace processes the transaction, that provider may separately control billing, refunds and payment authorisation. Peakime may offer different Coin packages at different prices and may change future pricing — a pricing change does not remove a valid entitlement to digital content you already lawfully acquired.

16. Purchased Coins and Promotional Coins

Peakime distinguishes Purchased Peak Coins (acquired with real money) from Promotional Peak Coins (issued through rewards, campaigns, referrals, bonuses or promotions). Promotional Coins may carry different conditions, including a stated validity period where lawful. Purchased Coins will not be given an expiry where the rules applying to that purchase prohibit expiry.

17. Coin Balance Corrections and Payment Integrity

Peakime may correct a Peak Coin balance where Coins were credited or retained because of a technical error, duplicate transaction, failed or reversed payment, valid refund, chargeback, fraudulent or unauthorised purchase, or similar error — for example, removing Coins if a payment is later reversed. If those Coins have already been spent, Peakime may restrict further transactions or take another proportionate step while the issue is resolved. This is not an unrestricted right to arbitrarily confiscate legitimately purchased and validly held Coins.

18. Digital Content and Refunds

Digital content can often be delivered immediately, which makes it different from a physical product. Except where applicable law, an app marketplace, payment provider or specific product condition requires otherwise, a completed digital transaction is generally final and non-refundable once the relevant Coins, content, entitlement or benefit has been delivered, unlocked, credited, consumed or made available. Purchased and credited Peak Coins are therefore generally non-refundable once the transaction is complete, subject to mandatory legal or platform refund rights.

If you are charged but the relevant Coins or entitlement are not delivered because of a verified technical failure, Peakime or the applicable payment provider may restore the missing entitlement or provide another appropriate remedy. Where Apple, Google or another platform controls a refund request, its process may need to be used. Nothing here removes any consumer remedy that applicable law requires. For payment assistance: [email protected].

19. Powerstones

Powerstones are digital fan-support items used in supported parts of the ecosystem. A user may obtain or use Powerstones through Peak Coins or another supported mechanism and direct them toward an eligible creator, work or project. A Powerstone is not an investment, financial security, company share, copyright interest, ownership interest, company vote, guaranteed royalty or entitlement to future profits. Where Powerstone activity qualifies for creator monetisation, it may generate separate Creator Earnings under the relevant programme.

20. Peak Coins and Creator Earnings Are Different

Peak Coins exist in the consumer wallet. Creator Earnings exist in a separate creator financial ledger — they are not the same thing, and a creator does not simply withdraw consumer Peak Coins as cash. When a user spends eligible Peak Coins on qualifying creator content, Powerstones or another monetised interaction, Peakime may attribute eligible monetary value to that consumption, which may then produce Creator Earnings under the applicable programme. Keeping the two systems separate lets Peakime correctly account for app-store charges, payment-processing costs, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, fraud and promotional credits before money becomes payable to a creator.

21. Creator Monetisation

Peakime may allow eligible creators to earn from qualifying activity — paid chapters, premium novels, webtoons, manga, Panels, Powerstones, subscriptions, fan-support features, advertising where offered, licensing, FANOA activity, commercial productions or other monetisation programmes. Publishing content does not automatically guarantee monetisation, and different creator programmes may have different eligibility requirements.

22. The 60% Creator Revenue Share

For qualifying creator-content transactions under Peakime’s standard model, Net Eligible Revenue is split 60% to the applicable creator or rightsholder and 40% retained by Peakime, unless a specific creator programme or separate agreement expressly provides a different arrangement.

Net Eligible Revenue means the qualifying revenue attributable to a transaction after applicable transaction-level deductions — app-store commissions, payment-processing charges, applicable transaction taxes included in the amount collected, refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent or unauthorised transactions, directly attributable currency-conversion costs and other clearly disclosed transaction-level costs. The creator’s 60% is therefore calculated from Net Eligible Revenue, not automatically from the gross amount shown to or paid by the customer. Where a separate FANOA, licensing, production or commercial agreement establishes a different revenue structure, that agreement governs the revenue it covers.

23. When Creator Earnings Are Generated

Buying Peak Coins does not immediately generate revenue for a specific creator — a user may purchase Coins and leave them unused. Creator Earnings generally become attributable when eligible Coins or another qualifying payment are actually consumed on eligible creator content, Powerstones or another supported monetised interaction, so revenue follows the creator or work the user actually chose to support.

24. Promotional Coins and Creator Revenue

Promotional Coins may not always produce creator revenue in the same way as Coins purchased with real money. Depending on the programme, Peakime may fund creator revenue arising from promotional Coins itself, apply a different promotional calculation, or exclude certain complimentary credits from cash-generating creator transactions. Where a promotion materially affects creator revenue, the applicable programme rules should explain that treatment.

25. Creator Eligibility and Verification

A creator may need to satisfy programme requirements — account standing, activity, audience, engagement, originality, content compliance, territory and age — before monetisation becomes available. An automated eligibility message means a creator may begin onboarding; it is not a guarantee that every financial, identity and compliance check has already passed. Before paying Creator Earnings, Peakime may require identity verification, age verification, payment-account information, tax information, rights verification, country verification, fraud review or sanctions screening. Creators must provide accurate information during verification.

26. Creator Payouts

Creator Earnings may become payable after a creator satisfies the applicable payout threshold, completes required verification, and meets the settlement conditions for the relevant programme. Current payout thresholds, payment cycles, supported currencies and payout methods may be shown through the creator dashboard, and operational details can vary between jurisdictions and payment providers. For payout assistance: [email protected]. Peakime may temporarily delay a payout to investigate suspected fraud, resolve a legitimate ownership dispute, complete required verification, address a chargeback, or comply with a legal restriction — but legitimate undisputed earnings will not be permanently withheld without an applicable contractual or legal basis.

27. Refunds, Chargebacks and Creator Earnings

Creator Earnings depend on valid underlying transactions. If a transaction that generated Creator Earnings is later legitimately refunded, charged back, reversed, or identified as fraudulent, duplicated or unauthorised, the corresponding creator earning may also be reversed — deducted from pending earnings if unpaid, or offset against future eligible earnings where permitted by law if already paid. Creators must not manufacture transactions to generate revenue.

28. Creator Fraud and Manipulation

Peakime prohibits deliberate attempts to manipulate creator earnings, popularity, funding or platform systems — deceptive self-purchases, circular transactions, stolen payment methods, fabricated Powerstones, coordinated artificial support, fake engagement, bot-driven popularity, account farms, false ownership claims and similar schemes. Peakime may investigate suspicious activity and take proportionate action where abuse is established.

FANOA

29. FANOA — Fan-Owned, From Novel to Anime

FANOA is Peakime’s fan-powered creative-development initiative. A creator can write a story; readers discover it; a community forms; fans demonstrate that they want to see the story go further. Where a project qualifies, community support may contribute toward its next creative stage — illustrations, character development, a Peakart webtoon, manga or comic, an animated scene, proof of concept, AI-assisted animation or drama, professional animation, or another production. Not every project follows every stage, and not every story that enters FANOA becomes an anime.

30. What "Fan-Owned" Means

"Fan-Owned" describes FANOA’s philosophy of fan-powered development — fans can have meaningful influence through the projects they choose to support. It does not, unless a project expressly and lawfully establishes otherwise through a separate arrangement, mean that supporters acquire legal ownership of the intellectual property. An ordinary contribution does not give a supporter copyright, character ownership, shares in PeakCraft, securities, equity, voting rights, royalties, dividends, or an automatic right to investment returns or future profits. The original creator or rightsholder retains the rights they own unless separately licensed or transferred.

31. FANOA Funding Models

A project may display a target tied to a creative milestone, using flexible funding, threshold-based funding, or an all-or-nothing model — the project page identifies which applies before a supporter contributes. FANOA support is not a charitable donation unless a specific programme is legally structured and expressly described that way; ordinary FANOA payments are project-support contributions toward creative development.

32. Partial FANOA Funding

Where a project uses flexible funding, failing to reach the full target does not necessarily mean no development occurs. Peakime and the production team may use available resources toward a smaller but meaningful milestone — for example, a budget intended for a complete animated episode may, if only partially funded, become a shorter sequence, teaser, storyboard, character-development package or another proportionate deliverable. Where the intended deliverable changes materially, Peakime should provide an appropriate project update.

33. PeakCraft May Fund or Support Projects Directly

Fan support is one pathway through FANOA, not the only one. PeakCraft may independently identify a project it believes deserves additional support, and may supplement fan contributions, fund development itself, provide artists or production resources, arrange sponsorship, involve production partners, or otherwise help move the project forward. A decision to support one project does not create an obligation to fund another — creative, legal, financial and production considerations all affect selection.

34. FANOA Creator Rights

FANOA participation does not automatically cause a creator to lose ownership of their underlying work. Where PeakCraft needs additional rights to produce an adaptation, the creator or rightsholder may be asked to enter a separate agreement addressing adaptation rights, exclusivity, territory, duration, compensation, revenue participation, credits, production responsibilities and ownership of newly created materials. Peakime should not hide a universal rights transfer inside ordinary FANOA support terms.

35. FANOA Does Not Guarantee Success

Creative production carries uncertainty. Supporting a FANOA project does not guarantee that a novel will become an anime, that a webtoon will receive a complete animated adaptation, that a pilot will become a series, that a production will meet a particular release date, or that any project will achieve commercial success. FANOA creates a pathway for development — it does not eliminate the creative, legal, technical and financial realities of production.

Purchases & Refunds

36–37. Physical Products and Standard Goods

Peakime may also offer tangible products such as printed books, prints, apparel, merchandise, collectibles and custom creative goods — governed differently from immediately delivered digital products, with details on shipping, delivery, specifications and returns shown at the relevant product page or checkout.

A standard physical product is manufactured or stocked for general sale rather than uniquely created for one customer. Where eligible for return, Peakime states the applicable return conditions, product-condition requirements and return period. Where a product arrives materially defective, materially damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise subject to a mandatory consumer remedy, Peakime provides the remedy required by applicable law. For order support: [email protected].

38. Custom, Personalised and Made-to-Order Products

Commissioned artwork, custom illustrations, personalised prints, custom-designed merchandise, name-personalised items and other made-to-order products begin specifically for one customer. Once meaningful custom work, materials or production have begun, these products are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise or the final product is materially defective, materially damaged, materially different from what was ordered, or otherwise subject to a mandatory consumer remedy.

A customer should not commission personalised creative work, allow it to be performed, and then obtain a full refund merely because they changed their mind. Where meaningful custom production has not yet begun, cancellation may be permitted according to the order status, and any material restriction on cancellation or refunds should be disclosed before payment.

39–40. Subscriptions and Pre-Orders

Where a subscription renews automatically, the purchase experience discloses the recurring nature and material billing terms before purchase. You can cancel future renewal through the method provided; except where applicable law or the payment provider requires otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund a period already begun and made available.

A pre-order is a purchase of a product expected to be supplied later, under disclosed transaction conditions — different from a FANOA contribution, which is support toward a project’s development. Peakime seeks to distinguish these clearly so users understand what they are purchasing.

Community & Enforcement

41. Community Conduct

Peakime supports creative freedom while protecting real people and platform integrity. Stories may explore horror, violence, difficult relationships, politics, trauma, crime, sexuality, war or other challenging subjects — a fictional depiction is not automatically an endorsement of the depicted behaviour. However, creativity does not exempt serious abuse: you may not use Peakime for unlawful conduct, child sexual exploitation, credible threats, serious targeted harassment, unlawful intimate-image distribution, fraud, phishing, malware distribution, serious impersonation, piracy, payment abuse, platform manipulation, or other conduct prohibited by law or the Community Guidelines.

42–43. Mature Content, Serialized Works and Peakit Panels

Some Services may allow mature creative themes subject to appropriate age classifications and safety controls. Creators must classify material honestly and must not misclassify mature material to expose it to an inappropriate audience. Peakime considers the overall work and context for serialized novels, comics or multi-part works — dividing prohibited material into multiple chapters does not make it permissible.

Peakit’s richer publishing model does not create an exception to Peakime’s safety, security or copyright standards. Panels and document-style uploads may not distribute pirated novels, stolen comics, malicious software, unlawfully disclosed personal information or other prohibited material, and Peakime may inspect or technically process uploaded files for security, compatibility and delivery.

44–46. Moderation, Automation and Appeals

Peakime may use human review, user reports, automated systems, safety classifiers, fraud tools, copyright systems and other reasonable technologies. Depending on severity, context, history and risk, Peakime may issue a warning, apply a content label, impose an age restriction, reduce recommendation, remove material, restrict monetisation, limit a feature, suspend temporarily, or terminate permanently — serious violations may justify immediate action without a prior warning.

Automation can make mistakes; where an appeal or review process is available, eligible significant decisions may be reconsidered with additional context or human review. For ordinary support: [email protected]. For formal legal or compliance matters: [email protected]. For grievances: [email protected].

48–49. Platform Integrity, Spam and Artificial Engagement

Users must not deliberately interfere with Peakime’s technical or commercial systems — bypassing security controls, defeating age restrictions, manipulating payment flows, evading enforcement through alternate accounts, altering digital entitlements without authorisation, falsifying transaction information, circumventing rate limits, scraping protected content at scale, or reverse engineering security mechanisms where prohibited by law. If you discover a genuine security vulnerability, report it to [email protected].

Automated tools must not be used to artificially increase reads, views, follows, votes, rankings, Powerstones, FANOA support or Creator Earnings. Peakime may disregard artificial engagement in rankings, eligibility or monetisation and may act against responsible accounts.

50–51. Third-Party Services and Financial Restrictions

Some functionality depends on third-party providers — Apple, Google, payment gateways, banks, payout providers, cloud providers, identity-verification services and other infrastructure companies — each of which may impose its own terms. Peakime cannot override decisions those providers are legally or contractually responsible for making.

Payment, FANOA and payout systems may be subject to financial laws, sanctions, trade restrictions and other compliance obligations. Peakime may restrict, delay or reject a transaction that cannot lawfully be processed, or require additional verification, and may conduct reasonable fraud, sanctions or payment-integrity screening before enabling particular financial functionality. Users must not provide false identity, location, ownership or payment information to circumvent a lawful restriction.

Legal & Your Rights

52–53. Taxes and Beta Features

Users and creators are responsible for taxes legally imposed on them. PeakCraft may calculate, collect, withhold, report or remit taxes where legally required, and creators may need to provide accurate tax information before receiving payouts — the standard 60% Creator Earnings figure does not eliminate legally required taxes, withholding or reporting obligations.

Peakime may make beta, preview, experimental or early-access features available; these may be incomplete, change significantly, contain errors, have limited availability, or be discontinued. Creators should keep independent copies of important work.

54–55. Availability and Changes to the Ecosystem

Peakime aims to provide reliable Services but cannot guarantee every feature or piece of content will remain available permanently or in every location. Availability may change because of licensing, creator decisions, territory restrictions, legal requirements, technical limitations, rights disputes or account enforcement. A digital entitlement gives the right to access a product subject to its terms — it does not transfer copyright ownership or an unrestricted right to reproduce or redistribute the content.

Peakime will evolve: PeakCraft may introduce new products, improve features, combine services, redesign interfaces, change technical limits, modify creator programmes, or discontinue functionality where reasonably necessary. Where a change materially affects an existing paid commitment or legal right, Peakime provides notice where required.

56–57. Suspension and Permanent Termination

Peakime may temporarily restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, creators, the platform or payment systems — suspected compromise, fraud investigation, serious rights disputes, security incidents, payment reversals, legal requirements or suspected severe policy violations. A temporary restriction does not necessarily mean Peakime has permanently determined wrongdoing, and an investigation or appeal may follow.

Peakime may permanently terminate an account for a sufficiently serious or repeated violation — serious child-safety violations, systematic copyright piracy, significant fraud, serious account-security abuse, deliberate payment manipulation, repeated ban evasion, serious threats, malicious technical attacks, or other severe misconduct. Because the account is based on one Peakime ID, permanent termination may affect access across the ecosystem.

57A. Inactive and Unverified Accounts

To maintain platform security, reduce spam, and manage infrastructure efficiently, Peakime reserves the right to terminate and delete accounts that are abandoned or unverified.

chevron_right Inactive accounts: we may delete an account inactive (no successful logins) for a continuous period of two (2) years, after attempting reasonable notice to your registered email.
chevron_right Unverified accounts: we may delete accounts created but left unverified (e.g. email or phone verification incomplete) within thirty (30) days of registration.

58–66. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Peakime account through supported account settings or another supported process. Because a Peakime ID works across multiple services, deletion affects the unified ecosystem identity. Deletion is a sensitive action, so Peakime may require reasonable authentication or verification first, and may temporarily pause deletion where an account is suspected of being compromised — verification should never be used merely to make legitimate deletion unnecessarily difficult.

Once an authorised deletion request is confirmed, the account enters a 90-day scheduled deletion period, acting as a recovery window against accidental deletion, malicious deletion after compromise, or a change of mind. You are solely responsible for backing up, exporting or downloading your stories, art and content before requesting deletion — once the 90-day window expires, data is irrevocably deleted and cannot be recovered by Peakime.

If you reactivate during the 90 days through the supported login-and-confirmation process, the pending deletion is cancelled and the account returns to active status; a later deletion request starts a new 90-day period. If the account is not reactivated, Peakime proceeds with deletion or de-identification through its active systems — the Peakime ID no longer provides normal access, though backup copies may remain temporarily until normal rotation removes them.

Peakime may retain limited information for longer where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, cybersecurity, fraud prevention, accounting, taxation, transaction records, chargebacks, payment disputes, copyright enforcement, grievance handling, regulatory matters, legal proceedings, or protection against repeated abuse — restricted to that purpose rather than treated as an active profile.

Where a creator separately licensed a work to PeakCraft for an active FANOA adaptation, deleting the ordinary account does not automatically cancel that separate agreement. Deletion also does not erase valid financial obligations — Peakime may need to address pending Creator Earnings, refunds, chargebacks, tax obligations or disputed transactions first, and a legally entitled creator may still need to complete identity, tax or payout verification before funds are released ([email protected], [email protected]).

A suspended or terminated account may still have privacy or deletion rights under applicable law; Peakime will not use suspension as a blanket reason to refuse every legitimate data request, though it may retain limited enforcement information to prevent ban evasion, investigate fraud, comply with law, or defend legal claims.

69–72. No Guarantee of Success, Responsibility, and Force Majeure

Peakime exists to create opportunity — it cannot guarantee outcome. Using Peakime does not guarantee readers, followers, monetisation, income, FANOA selection, PeakCraft funding, adaptation or commercial success; creative and production decisions depend on audience response, rights availability, budget, feasibility, quality, legal clearance, creator cooperation and other factors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis, and nothing in these Terms removes a statutory consumer right, warranty, remedy or liability that applicable law says cannot be excluded. You are responsible for your content and conduct — where your commercial or creator activity results in a third-party claim because you knowingly infringed rights, committed fraud, materially misrepresented your authority, or otherwise seriously violated these Terms, you may be responsible for the resulting claim and reasonable losses to the extent permitted by law, without removing consumer protections the law provides.

PeakCraft is not responsible for a failure or delay caused by extraordinary circumstances reasonably outside its control — significant natural disasters, war, government restrictions, widespread network failures, infrastructure outages or other exceptional events — to the extent recognised by applicable law and without excusing obligations the law does not permit us to exclude.

73–76. Changes, Policy Hierarchy and Governing Law

We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary because of changes to our Services, business model, payment systems, creator programmes, legal obligations, safety requirements or other material circumstances, providing notice where a change materially affects user rights or obligations. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version.

These Terms are the master agreement governing your relationship with Peakime; the Privacy Policy governs personal data, the Community Guidelines provide content and conduct standards, the Copyright Policy explains copyright handling, and FANOA disclosures explain specific projects. Where a specific additional agreement clearly conflicts with these Terms regarding the particular matter it governs, the specific agreement controls that matter — mandatory law controls over all Peakime contractual documents where the law does not permit another result.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory rights and jurisdictional protections that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract. Users are encouraged to contact Peakime through the appropriate support, grievance or legal channel before beginning formal proceedings. Built for Stories. Built for Creators.

Peakime exists because a story should have somewhere to begin and somewhere to go. A writer can create in Peakpen, reach readers through Peakovels, grow a community through Peakit, become visual through Peakart, and bring it to life with AI through CraftyPeak and PeakAI Studio. Fans can help a creator move forward through FANOA — and where the right story, audience, creator and opportunity come together, PeakCraft Studios can help explore how much further that world can go.

For that ecosystem to work, creators must understand what they own, users must understand what they are purchasing, supporters must understand what they are funding, and everyone must understand the rules that keep Peakime safe and trustworthy. These Terms provide that foundation.
