Content Moderation Policy
Comprehensive content standards, prohibited content list, age-gating rules, and enforcement procedures for the entire Peakime Ecosystem.
1. Philosophy
The Peakime Ecosystem is a globally interconnected sanctuary for digital creativity. We enforce content standards that protect our community while enabling the full range of human creative expression — from age-appropriate general content to mature, NSFW creative works on appropriate sub-platforms. Our content standards are enforced by a combination of algorithmic detection, heuristic analysis, and human Trust & Safety specialists.
2. Absolutely Prohibited Content (Zero-Tolerance)
The following content is strictly prohibited on all Peakime platforms, in all contexts, under all circumstances. Violations result in immediate, permanent account termination and may be reported to law enforcement:
Any sexualisation, exploitation, or abuse of minors. We actively work with NCMEC, INTERPOL, and Indian law enforcement. Detection triggers automated reporting to federal authorities. Applies to all formats: written, illustrated, animated, photographic.
Content promoting, glorifying, or facilitating acts of terrorism, mass violence, or genocide. Recruitment material for violent extremist organisations.
Content explicitly designed to degrade, dehumanise, or incite systemic violence against individuals or protected groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or serious disease.
Distributing real or AI-generated intimate imagery of individuals without their consent ("deepfakes" or revenge pornography).
Publishing personally identifiable real-world information of private individuals to incite offline harm. Coordinated harassment campaigns against creators or users.
3. Age-Gated Content Standards (NSFW / Mature)
Peakime supports mature creative content on appropriate sub-platforms, subject to the following mandatory controls:
- Age Verification: Users must be verified as 18+ to access NSFW content sections. Age verification uses date-of-birth confirmation at registration.
- Mandatory Tagging: All sexually explicit, graphic violence, or extreme horror content MUST be tagged with the appropriate NSFW/Mature content tags before publishing.
- App Store Compliance: NSFW content is restricted to the web platform. Mobile applications (iOS/Android) comply with Apple App Store 4+ and Google Play content rating requirements and do not serve explicit content.
- Filter Bypass: Attempting to circumvent age-gating filters to expose mature content to general audiences or minors is a severe violation resulting in immediate account suspension.
4. Content Integrity Standards
- 4.1 Plagiarism & IP TheftPlagiarism is a terminal offense. Ripping chapters from external sites, tracing/stealing artwork, or republishing others' work as your own violates our core ethos. We process DMCA takedowns rapidly. Repeat offenders face total account termination.
- 4.2 Disinformation & Harmful ContentContent designed to spread dangerous medical misinformation, impersonate verified entities, or manipulate public discourse through coordinated inauthentic behaviour is prohibited.
- 4.3 Platform ManipulationUse of automated scripts, bots, or coordinated networks to artificially inflate read counts, likes, Power Stone rankings, or review scores. Review bombing via burner accounts. Chargeback fraud and economy exploitation.
5. How to Report Content
To report content that violates these standards:

Our Trust & Safety team reviews all reports. Urgent safety reports are triaged within 1 hour. Standard reports are reviewed within 24–72 hours.
